Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing
Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing provides customizable lessons, challenging drills, and a collection of engaging skill building games to teach students how to type, the right way. It will adapt to the student’s needs and provide one-on-one focused instruction and assessment. It also has a Teacher’s Area that will track student’s progress and provide reports at an individual and class level allowing teachers to improve student performance.
It is important to understand that Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing Deluxe 16 comes in four different flavors. There is the School Edition, the Lab Pack, the Site License, and the Network License. The school edition comes with 2 licenses that can be installed on 2 computers. The Lab Pack comes with 6 licenses that can be installed onto 6 computers. The Site License comes with 25 licenses that can be installed on 25 different computers. The Network License comes with 50 concurrent licenses that can be installed on as many computers as you want, but is limited to one location and requires the use of a server. For example, you have a lab of 100 computers; you can load the software on all 100 computers and access the software, just as long as there aren’t more than 50 users on at any given moment. If you need more than 50 users on simultaneously, you can buy two network licenses and have 100 concurrent users on simultaneously.
