What is Software Assurance (SA)?
Software Assurance is a program that can be purchased with your MOLP licenses that provides benefits like free product upgrades for 2 years and extended phone and web support. Some of the benefits depend on what kind of product you are licensing.
-Every license covered under SA is eligible for free product upgrades to the newest version.
-Every license covered under SA gives you extended phone and web support.
-Every Windows license covered under SA gives you one Windows 7 Enterprise license.
-Every Windows license covered under SA allows you to remotely access your desktop from third-party devices.
-Every Office, Project, or Visio license covered under SA allows you to remotely access that product from a third-party device.
-Every Office license covered under SA enables you to deploy a single Office 2010 image.
